Issue to receive some emails

Hello,

I have some issues receiving certain emails, which appear very briefly in my webmail and disappear almost immediately without being able to display the content. I don't find them anywhere, either in my trash, or in spam. I also disabled the spam functions but it does not work better.

Here is a screenshot with an example of an email from the iubenda.com site (in this example, I had time to click on the message before it disappeared).

Open a new ticket. Tell them that we have asked you to open up a ticket and post the link of this thread, so they can read the messages.
