If you're having trouble inserting an image into your WordPress article, here are a few troubleshooting steps:
  1. Check Media Library : Ensure the image is uploaded to your Media Library. Go to Media > Library in your WordPress dashboard and confirm the image is present.
  2. Use the Add Image Button : In the article editor, click on the + button to add a new block, select the Image block, and choose Upload or Media Library to insert your image.
  3. Clear Cache : If you're using a caching plugin, try clearing the cache. Sometimes cached data can prevent recent uploads from displaying properly.
  4. Check File Size and Format : Large image files or unsupported formats can sometimes cause issues. Try reducing the image size and using a common format like JPEG or PNG.
  5. Theme or Plugin Conflicts : Sometimes themes or plugins interfere with image uploads. Try disabling plugins temporarily or switching themes to see if the issue resolves.
  6. Permissions Issue : If the upload directory doesn't have proper permissions, WordPress can't save the image. Ensure that the wp-content/uploads directory has the correct file permissions (usually 755 or 775).
  7. Browser Issue : Sometimes, browser extensions or settings can interfere with uploading images. Try using another browser or clearing your browser's cache.
If none of these steps work, you may want to contact your hosting provider for further assistance, as the issue could be server-related.
