SSL not available on all data centres?

Just a question, I created on French data centre and my free domain came with SSL, whilst a friend created his on Canadian and his free domain didn't came with SSL. Is it that free accounts made on France servers comes with free SSL whilst they don't on Canadian data centres?

Hello,

This is not normal, any site created on our infrastructure shall have a valid SSL certificate installed and stamped by the Let's Encrypt authority.

You may run the AutoSSL service from his cPanel >>> Security >>> SSL / TLS Status >> Run Auto SSL.

If your problem persisted could you possibly indicate us what is the affected World Lite URL?
